The Icelandic International Development Agency (ICEIDA) is an autonomous agency under the Icelandic Ministry for Foreign Affairs. ICEIDA's role set by law is to execute and administer bi-lateral development assistance provided by the Government of Iceland.

ICEIDA supports tourism in Kalangala
An external mid-term evaluation has been conducted on ICEIDA´s Kalangala District Development Program (KDDP) in Kalangala District in Uganda. Following the evaluation decisions have been made to support tourism on the islands as a new priority.
