ICEIDA supports tourism in Kalangala
An external mid-term evaluation has been conducted on ICEIDA´s Kalangala District Development Program (KDDP) in Kalangala District in Uganda. Following the evaluation decisions have been made to support tourism on the islands as a new priority.

More children in Kalangala complete primary school with high grades
The number of children with sufficiently high grades to be entitled to state support for secondary schools is rapidly increasing in the fishing villages on Lake Victoria where the Icelandic International Development Agency (ICEIDA) is supporting education sector through local authorities.
