External Evaluations

External project evaluations are generally carried out every 2 to 3 years. An external evaluation is always carried out before the winding up of a project. If the evaluation reveals that the project cannot be completed as planned within the specified deadline, the evaluators are requested to submit proposals on what measures should be taken, how and when in order to achieve the objectives.  The evaluations are performed by parties nominated by ICEIDA, on the one hand, and the co-operaation partner, on the other hand.  The cost of evaluations is included in the preparation of project documents.
